Basic Requirements for Study Visa*

Applicants must demonstrate recognized test scores that meet the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia’s (NMBA) English language skills registration standard. As part of this standard, applicants must demonstrate evidence of:
IELTS/PTE with a minimum overall score of 7, with a minimum score of 7 in each band: listening, reading, writing and speaking.
OR
TOEFL iBT with a minimum total score of 94, the minimum score in each section being: 24 for listening, 24 for reading, 27 for writing, and 23 for speaking.
Applicants must undergo an Australian National Police Records or Fit-2-Work check on admission and on an annual basis.
Applicants are also required to complete a Working with Children Check and Fitness for Practice Declaration Form.
